MEET JENNA JORDAN

BASKETBALL COACH

Basketball has been a cornerstone of Jenna Jordan’s life from an early age. Her passion and talent for the game earned her 1st Team All-County Honors in high school, where she surpassed 1,000 points and 1,000 rebounds in her career. Jenna continued her basketball journey at the collegiate level, playing Division I basketball at Manhattan College before transferring to Adelphi University. At Adelphi, she scored over 1,000 points and grabbed more than 800 rebounds, earning recognition as a Second Team All-Met Team selection and a NE10 All-Academic honoree. She was also named NE10 Player of the Week and Met Player of the Week multiple times during her career.

Jenna’s coaching journey began as a Graduate Assistant for Adelphi Women’s Basketball, where she deepened her knowledge of the game and discovered a passion for mentoring young athletes. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in School Psychology, which enriches her perspective as a coach and strengthens her ability to support players’ growth both on and off the court.

Jenna believes basketball is more than just a game—it’s a vehicle for personal development, teaching resilience, teamwork, and leadership. Her goal is to help players reach their full potential, both as athletes and as individuals. With a commitment to fostering growth physically, mentally, and emotionally, Jenna inspires her players to become the best version of themselves on and off the court.
