COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

WE ARE COMPLIANT

We have worked hard to ensure our facility, programs, and staff are in compliance with the latest New Jersey Department of Health and CDC COVID-19 Guidelines. These include: 

  • TEMPERATURE CHECKS: A certified EMT / Health Director will check temperatures of everyone entering the building (drop off only)
  • HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE: All campers must answer Covid-19 questions 

  • AGE-APPROPRIATE GROUPS: All activities will be broken up into age-appropriate groups with limited interaction to different campers, players, and coaches

  • NO VISITORS/PARENTS: No visitors, parents, or spectators in the facility, but can choose to watch live streams of their child playing

  • ENHANCED SANITATION PROCEDURES: Air is cleaned with a NuWave OxyPure™ filtration system, surfaces are sanitized using a Victory Innovations Electrostatic™ sprayer, and entire facility is disinfected by professional cleaners twice daily

  • CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS: Detailed instructions are supplied to all campers and players on the usage of masks, water bottles, and equipment

  • PROPER SOCIAL DISTANCING: Traffic flow in the building ensures social distancing indicated by arrows on the floors and movement in shifts

  • SEPARATE ENTRANCE & EXIT: Drop-offs & pick-ups (separate entrance 7 Leighton Place and exit 10 Edison Road)

SAFETY FIRST HEALTH PROCEDURES

We have implemented strict procedures at DTS to ensure that we are providing our players and staff with the safest space possible. By working closely with our local health department and strictly following all CDC guidelines, we have ESTABLISHED PROCEDURES that have allowed us to safely return to business. All DTS programs and activities will follow these same strict measures, with the health and safety of our players and staff as our top priority.

Temperature Station

NO CONTACT CHECK-IN & HEALTH SCREENS

Parents remain in cars while players are dropped off and picked up. Players have temperatures taken, answer health screen questions, and apply sanitizer.

Cleaning and sanitization procedures

ENHANCED CLEANING & SANITATION PROCEDURES

Deep cleaning in accordance with CDC-guidelines and EPA-approved cleaning products. New air filtration system is used in facility.

Small learning groups

BIGGER SPACE

Teams have their own designated court that’s clean and socially distanced. Interaction is kept to a minimum, as entry, exit, and play times are scheduled specifically to minimize unnecessary contact.

HEALTH ROOM

We have designated a specific “health room” that is separated from the rest of the facility. This health room is for the immediate refuge and quarantine of a person who is not feeling well.
